Patrizio Pelliccione graduated in Computer Science at the University of L’Aquila in 2001. He took his PhD in June 2005 and in the same year Patrizio was Senior Research at the Faculty of Sciences, Technologies and Communications at University of Luxembourg. From 2007 to August 2018 he has been Assistant Professor at the University of L’Aquila, Dep. of Inf. Engineering, Computer Science and Mathematics (on leave from September 2013). Patrizio’s research mainly focuses on applied and practical aspects in the field of Software Engineering by building upon solid theoretical basis. Patrizio has (co-)authored over 100 publications in international journals, conference proceedings, and books, and he is serving as reviewer to various international top conferences. From September 2013 Patrizio is an Associate Professor at Chalmers | University of Gothenburg, Sweden and currently he is also Associate Professor at the University of L’Aquila (double affiliation).
