Geraldina Roberti

Geraldina Roberti, is Associate Professor of Sociology of Cultural and Communicative Processes at the Department of Human Sciences at the University of L’Aquila, where she teaches General Sociology and Sociology of Consumption. In 2003, she obtained her Ph.D. in Communication Sciences, Advanced Research and Resource Management at the Department of Sociology and Communication of «La Sapienza» University of Rome. Her research is focused on the fundamental aspects of consumption, youth issues and subcultures. Furthermore, in her work she analyzed the link between young people identity and consumption practices.
