Geraldina Roberti

Geraldina Roberti is Associate Professor of Sociology of Cultural and Communicative Processes at the Department of Communication and Social Research at Sapienza University of Rome, where she teaches sociology of consumption. In 2003, she obtained her Ph.D. in Communication Sciences, Advanced Research and Resource Management at Sapienza University of Rome. Her research is focused on the key aspects of consumption, youth issues and subcultures. Furthermore, in her work she analyzed the link between young people identity and consumption practices.
