Phuong Nguyen is an assistant professor (RTD/b) at the University of L’Aquila (Italy). He obtained a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Jena (Germany). Before coming to L’Aquila, Phuong was a postdoctoral researcher at Polytechnic University of Bari (Italy). His research interests include Computer Networks, Semantic Web, Recommender Systems, and Machine Learning. In recent years, Phuong has worked on the application of Deep Learning in different domains, including the development of recommender systems in Software Engineering for mining open source code repositories.
